Be advised: watch your email inbox for this hoax!

A new email is going around informing unsuspecting individuals that their Facebook account has been blocked or locked out. It requests the recipient to click a link in order to “reactivate” the blocked account, and “Subsequently you will be able to take advantage of the site as before”.

This is blatantly false. The link leads somewhere else, not associated with Facebook at all, and this email you may receive is just another form of a phishing scam looking to get information and money out of you.  Do not be fooled by it.
